On Saturday May 23 and Sunday May 24, treat yourself to a rejuvenating interlude with two days of wellness activities in the heart of nature. Enjoy 5 experiences guided by 3 passionate professionals, for a moment of relaxation and reconnection.
On the program:
Saturday May 23
- 9h15 - 9h30: Welcome, exchanges on the day's activities over a complimentary hot drink.
- 9h30: Letting go next to my wellness tree. Release tension, rediscover inner calm and connect with the wisdom of nature in the company of an inspiring tree.
- 2:30 pm: Discovering edible plants. Set off to gather well-being and plants, and marvel at the secret flavors of the forests.
- 8:30 pm: A nature and music evening by the fire. Learn how to prepare a brazier and herbal tea using local plants. Sit by the fire to hear tales from our forests and relax to the blended musical sounds of Handpan.
Sunday, May 24
- 9:15 - 9:30 am: Welcome, chat about the day's activities over a complimentary hot drink.
- 9:30 am: Walk, admire! Set off on trails with panoramic views to read landscapes, observe animal and plant encounters and activate your sensoriality.
- 3:30pm: Creative relaxation with the lights and colors of nature. After a siesta, marvel at the colorful atmosphere of the landscape. Energize your inner state in the forest by listening to the sophrologist, memorize the awakening of your senses and appreciate the creative possibilities offered by nature.
Your guides:
- Christophe, enthusiastic and sporty by essence, will share his passion for nature with you. Trained in various teaching approaches related to plants, certified by 2 BPJEPS among others. For more than 20 years, he has shared his experience with the public as an Environmental Educator, Sports Educator and Tree Climbing Educator.
- Carole, passionate about the study of the human being and its links to the environment, her voice will gently guide you towards the awakening of the senses, inner well-being and wild wisdom. A seasoned professional in social relations and forest bathing, she is a certified Forestorium® Quality Label Nature Wellness Guide, Sylvotherapist and qualified Sophrologist for over 5 years.
- Cynthia, an authentic and inspiring naturalist, invites you to follow her on the trails. Between rejuvenating breaks and unusual discoveries, she'll share her passion for plants and mountain inhabitants. For over 20 years, she has been a mountain leader and archery instructor.

Dates: activities take place over two days, Saturday May 23 and Sunday May 24, 2026.
Schedules: Saturday May 23 from 9:30 am to approx. 10:00 pm and Sunday May 24 from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Fare for the two-day activity: €230 per person.
Accommodation, meals and transport are not included in this offer.
Bookings with the Munster Valley Tourist Office only concern the 5 activities on offer and supervision by professionals on both days.
Preparation:
Pack hiking boots, warm layered clothing (e.g. undershirt + fleece + water-repellent windproof jacket), water, sun cream, cap and sunglasses.
Pack meals. You have several options: bring a cold meal to eat on site, have a meal reheated on site, have a meal in your accommodation, buy a sandwich at the Soultzeren bakery (3 min by car) or a hot dish to take away at the Bellevue inn (7 min by car).
More practical information will be given to you by the organizer before the start of the stay.
Please note:
- Between each activity: access to WC, garbage can, drinking water, kettle, coffee machine, heated room if required.
- An offer with additional accommodation is possible by booking directly with the stay organizer.
- Travel to the departure point is by private vehicle.
- Booking possible until May 8, 2026.
- This stay is effective from 6 people registered. In the event of insufficient numbers, you will be notified and fully reimbursed.
