Guided by the sophrologist, the practice of conscious attention, deep breathing and gentle movements will enable you to discover the Vallée de Munster in a whole new way.
The benefits for body and mind include reduced stress, improved mood, positive self-awareness and a boost to the immune system.
The sophrology interludes will take place along a gentle, slow walk; this is not a sport or a hike.

Baby carriers: Not permitted
Dogs: No dogs allowed

Preparation:
Footwear: bring closed shoes such as trainers or high boots for safe walking.
Clothing: We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that are suited to the weather and provide protection from the cold and wind.
If necessary, a small foam square or cushion can be brought along for extra comfort when sitting on the floor. To ensure that everyone gets the most out of the experience, we recommend that you do not wear perfume or smoke during the session.
