Between forest and thatch, recharge your batteries in contact with nature during a forest bath where you will experiment with different relaxation techniques and awaken your senses. The sophrologist's voice will guide you towards a moment of inner well-being and encourage you to be receptive to the wintry charm of the Vosges summits.
If it snows, the walk can be done on snowshoes.

Practical information:
Duration: 2.30 hours
Schedule: 9.30am to 12pm
Minimum age: 10 years
Baby carriers: Not allowed
Dogs: No dogs allowed
Departure point : 68140 Stosswhir 

Prices :
Adults: €25
Children (aged 10-18): €20

Preparation:
Footwear: hiking boots and poles.
Clothing: Bring warm clothing in several layers (e.g. undershirt + fleece + water-repellent windproof jacket), hat and gloves, 
Rucksack: 1 litre of water or hot drink per person.

Please note:
Depending on the amount of snow, snowshoes may be made available to participants for the outing, under the guidance of a mountain leader and for an extra charge of €15 per person.
It is possible to take shelter and eat in a warm place (inn or refuge) during or at the end of the outing. Personal drinks are not included in the price of the outing and will be charged to each participant.
Travel to the departure point is by private vehicle (remember to respect the winter equipment requirements in force between 1 November and 31 March).
The outing is confirmed from 4 participants. If the number of participants is insufficient, you will be notified and a full refund will be given, or your activity may be rescheduled.
