Preparation :
Footwear: Low-top jogging, running, trail or specific shoes with notched soles.
Clothing: Lightweight, breathable clothing suitable for the sport.
Rucksack: a small, light rucksack or 1 carrying belt with water and food bars.

The outing is confirmed if there are at least 1 participants. If there are not enough participants, you will be informed and fully reimbursed, or your activity may be rescheduled.
