Structured sessions for a practice that respects your body:
- Supervised progressive warm-up to prepare your body gently.
- Course adapted according to level and conditions, highlighting the beauty of the landscapes in every season.
- Guided end of session, with stretching exercises and breathing regulation for optimal recovery.

What this experience offers you:
- Provision of specific Nordic Walking poles, adapted to your morphology.
- Supervision by a state-qualified professional instructor, guaranteeing practice in complete safety.

Schedules: 9:30am - 12:00pm
Duration: 2h30
Minimum age: 12 years
Baby carrier: Not allowed
Dog on leash not allowed
Price: €25 per person

Accessible to anyone with no contraindications to prolonged effort, capable of walking at a fast pace over 20-30 minute sequences, who may be a beginner in the discipline.

Preparation:
Footwear: Please bring low-cut trainers such as ‘jogging’, ‘running’ or ‘trail’ shoes, or specialist shoes with lugged soles
Clothing: suitable for sporting activities; lightweight and breathable
Backpack: a small, lightweight rucksack or a waist pack containing water and energy bars.

Please note:
Transport to the starting point is by private vehicle.
This programme may be subject to change due to safety conditions and, in particular, weather conditions.
The outing is confirmed with a minimum of 1 participant. If there are insufficient participants, you will be notified and receive a full refund, or your activity may be rescheduled.
