Gourmet Wednesdays at Domaine Schoenheitz

When winter sets in in Alsace, wines are enjoyed in a whole new way… paired with a few hearty, indulgent bites.
A visit to Domaine Schoenheitz begins with a tour of the cellar, followed by a tasting of three of the estate’s wines, each paired with a winter bite designed to bring out its aromas and distinctive characteristics. Foie gras, duck, and Délice du Ballon des Vosges come together to create delicious pairings.
A warm and friendly interlude to explore the estate’s wines, discover new pairings, and savor the pleasures of an Alsatian winter—to be shared with family, friends, or as a couple.
Grape juice and apple-pear juice for children.

Dogs on a leash are allowed, except in the winemaking cellar.

Please note:
Transportation to the activity site is by personal vehicle. From November 1 through March 31, your vehicle must be equipped with winter tires, or you must have snow chains or snow socks to drive in the Munster Valley.
The activity is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants. If there are not enough participants, you will be notified and receive a full refund, or your activity may be rescheduled.
